The Better Business for All (BBfA) partnership has produced a toolkit of resources to help businesses become COVID-secure, resume trading safely, and protect their staff and customers as lockdown is eased.
These documents will be regularly updated in line with the latest Government guidelines. Please check back often to ensure you are following the latest version. Some of the guidance may not apply to you directly, but can be adapted to suit your business.

The ‘We’re Good To Go’ industry standard and supporting quality mark means businesses across the tourism and hospitality sectors can demonstrate that they are adhering to the respective Government and public health guidance, have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment, and have the required processes in place. The scheme is free to join and open to all businesses in the sector.
Additional guidance for re-opening has been produced by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute for the home improvement, travel and food sectors, on subjects including consumer rights, allergen controls, food business diversification and more.
