Businesses are invited to find out how they can benefit from taking on an apprentice at a breakfast event being hosted by MBDA Missile Systems in Stevenage.

Every year the worldwide industrial leader in the missile and missile systems sector employs engineering and business apprentices on four-year programmes.

Now its apprenticeship manager Gareth Humphreys MBE and chairman of the Hertfordshire Apprenticeship Ambassador Network will be sharing successful approaches to managing award-winning apprenticeship programmes.

The business breakfast will take place at the Roebuck Inn, London Road, Broadwater, Stevenage SG2 8DS, on Wednesday 24 June from 8am – 10.30am.

The agenda includes how a good apprenticeship programme is structured and supported, how apprentices are rewarded and progress and how companies can get a good return on their investment. It will be a great opportunity to share ideas, solutions, good practice and network.

Breakfast will be also provided, courtesy of MBDA, and the event is free to attend. Numbers are restricted to 30 places so places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
