We provide over 5,000 homes in the Watford and Three Rivers area. As a Community Gateway, our tenants are at the heart of everything we do.

We are governed by our Board of Management which sets the strategic direction for the Trust and ensures that our aims and objectives are met.

We are seeking an Independent Member to sit on our Board and to potentially chair our Audit and Risk Committee. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the needs and aspirations of our communities are met by delivering our business plan.

We particularly welcome applications from those with a strong background in finance to bring additional skills to our Board and to ensure we strive for excellence together. We are also committed to providing development and training opportunities for all Board Members.
