An online business advice live chat service run by Hertfordshire enterprise agency Wenta has received national recognition for the role it plays in driving economic growth in the county.
Wenta scooped the Future of Enterprise Support award for its fast growing, online business advice and support service My Incubator Ventures (MIV).
The online service helps Wenta to encourage business start-ups and to support small businesses in South and West Hertfordshire by offering access to one-to-one, online business advice via a live chat system, business information downloads, details of up and coming events as well as the latest news in the small business world.
The award was presented at ceremony earlier this month by National Enterprise Network (NEN) which rewards good practice across the country.
A Wenta spokesperson said: “We are thrilled to have won this award for the ‘Future of Enterprise Support’. After launching just over a year ago, our service has grown rapidly and is creating a lot of interest from councils, business centres and libraries across the county.”
