Hertfordshire LEP is seeking two Skills Advisers and a Data & Campaigns Analyst to support its work across the county.

Skills Advisers

The Skills Advisers will support the delivery of the Hertfordshire Opportunities Portal (HOP).

The project is to develop and embed HOP within the region as the premier gateway to explore career opportunities and to deliver a skills advice service to employers across the county supporting them to effectively engage with education.

The post holders are responsible for managing a portfolio of employers providing an expert skills service, matching business requirement to skills solutions and supporting employers to engage with education to secure their future talent pipeline.

This opportunity would suit an individual with knowledge of careers, skills and employment solutions across Hertfordshire as well as experience in skills/organisational development including analysis and knowledge of SME businesses; knowledge of skills programmes such as apprenticeships and experience of supporting employers to connect with education to find their future talent.

Data and Campaigns Analyst

The Data and Campaigns Analyst will gather, interpret and disseminate analytical insights across all of the LEP core functions and brand family - Enterprise and Innovation, Skills, Employment and Careers, HOP, CEC, Herts Growth Hub and Herts IQ. The role is part funded by European Social Fund (ESF).

The purpose of this role is two-fold - to present and translate data into meaningful messages for a wide audience as well as overseeing digital optimisation and analytics across all markets and digital channels across the LEP brand family.

This opportunity would desirably suit an individual with knowledge of careers, skills and employment solutions across Hertfordshire as well as experience of ESF funded projects and the compliance requirements. The successful applicant will ideally need to be educated to degree level or equivalent with relevant professional qualifications within specialist software programmes, data science and analysis. You will need experience in using data analytic platforms including Google Analytics, Data Studio, digital marketing analytics, advanced excel as well as experience in report writing and presenting analytics to different audiences.
