Food mobile safety checklist

It is usual for food standards and hygiene to be checked by Officers at food events/markets/street trading sites in order to give a rating, but not so common for Health and Safety checks to be undertaken. Therefore, the following safety points have been drawn up to advise Officers what to look for when inspecting a mobile unit/pitch.
