Two exciting opportunities have arisen to join the Hertfordshire LEP team. We're seeking a Creative Sector Lead to support the growth and development of the local Film & TV and Digital sectors; and an Inward Investment Manager to boost investment and business retention in the county.
Creative Sector Lead
Hertfordshire has a number of internationally renowned sectors, some of which have experienced huge growth in recent years. The post holder will play a key leadership role with industry and local stakeholders to ensure existing and future growth opportunities are fully maximised within Film & TV and Digital.
This role sits within the Partnerships and Communications function of Hertfordshire LEP, comprising inward investment and stakeholder engagement in addition to communications, while also aligning with skills, enterprise and innovation activity.
The post holder will require exceptional collaborative and communication skills, with the capability to build strong external relationships that will influence senior business leaders; combined with the credibility to provide Government colleagues and local leaders advice on complex issues in a clear manner.

Inward Investment Manager
We are looking someone to attract inward investment into Hertfordshire and support existing business (especially foreign direct investments) to remain and prosper in the county. You will be required to engage with developers, investors, landowners and businesses, and support the Hertfordshire Growth Board and district and borough councils on a variety of economic development projects, which help deliver agreed economic objectives for the county and implement the new economic development strategy.
This is a role shared between Hertfordshire LEP and Herts IQ. The role sits within the Partnerships and Communications function and aligns with the work of the LEP’s sector focused teams.
